If you are located outside of NOVA or you are unable to visit my office, then online therapy may be right for you. 

I offer virtual therapy sessions (“e-therapy”) as a more convenient method of receiving therapy. E-therapy is great for those who need access to therapy, but may not have the time or the means of getting to in-person sessions. Not only is e-therapy a quicker and easier alternative, but your insurance benefits will cover these sessions similarly to regular, in-person sessions.   


You pick the time and a private place that is convenient for you. All you need is a phone or computer. We communicate via a secure, reliable videoconferencing system. 

Not only is e-therapy convenient, but it gets results. Research has shown that:

  • online therapy is effective in the treatment of a range of conditions

  • online therapy is as effective as in-person therapy

E-therapy sessions are available to those living in the state of Virginia and PsyPact covered states and are fully HIPAA compliant, protecting your privacy and confidentiality.
